Pay Rent

Rent payments are accepted through the approved payment options below.

Important: Include your full name and rental address or unit number with every payment so we can credit your account correctly. Cash payments are not accepted. Keep your payment confirmation for your records.

Pay Online (U.S. Bank)

Pay your rent securely online through our U.S. Bank payment portal. You can pay by debit card, credit card, or bank account. Include your full name and rental address or unit number when prompted.

Zelle

Open your Zelle app and send payment to the number or email above. Include your full name and rental address/unit number in the memo.

Money Order Drop-Off

MP Management, 1801 Tudor Ave., East St. Louis, IL 62207

Drop off money orders at the address above. The drop is monitored by security camera. Make money orders payable to MP Management LLC, and include your full name and rental address or unit number on the money order.

Late Rent Policy

Rent is due according to the terms listed in each resident's lease agreement. A $50 late fee may be assessed for each 5-day period that rent remains unpaid, as allowed by the lease agreement and applicable law. Accounts that remain unpaid for 15 days or more may receive a formal notice regarding nonpayment of rent and may be referred for legal action in accordance with Illinois law and the lease agreement.
